Working from home is not that pleasant as it sounds

Calling it work from home is just tip of iceberg. It is actually work from your kitchen, toilets, bedrooms and gym. It is working when your kid is crying for your attention. It is also working when wife is in romantic mood due to some galactic aberrations and rare events but you have a meeting to attend. It is also working from sasural when your food is served and New york wali saali is waiting at the dinner table. 

It is working when you have just paid bribe to traffic police because he caught you talking over phone while driving. It is also working when you have not even changed your whites for two days and haven't used cologne for a week. Work from home is also working with a smile because you just broke a shaadi wala crockery set while trying to wash dishes and attending a concall together. Working from home is also continue working without a fuss while you can't even complain about the tea because it is made by angry wife. Working from home is complicated situation because now your bedroom is your workplace and any inappropriate behavior might be categorized as harrassment at workplace. So you keep working and working in your jammies and undies having a blind faith that your video is not accidently on and mute button is properly functioning. Because being famous is a good thing and being famous because you forgot to mute your Mike or switch off your camera is rarely pleasant.

So though work and home may be two great words, working from home is certainly not that great.
